Issue Number 15 - Spring 1999

Editorial Comment Highlights

We continue to be impressed by the superlative quality of writing we receive and are pleased to know that writing is obviously alive and well and be encouraged everywhere in the English-speaking world.

This 15th issue is no exception, and includes work from young writers all over North America. We are also pleased to include pieces by writers whom we have previously published.

The pain and challenge of growing up are powerful themes in this volume. Memories of youth, of siblings, of lost parents, and of lost loves have contributed to many thought provoking pieces of prose and poetry.

There is humor, too, in daring youth, and in disastrous dates.
